Step 1

If you want to change the shadow color, first, from the Fill properties window, select the Shadow Color in the Color list box and then click Apply button as shown by the picture below.

Choose Fill>Shadow Color>Apply

Step 2

Then, you'll see that your shadow color has changed just like the picture below.
