Step 1

To change the line pattern, from the Line Properties window, you have to select the line pattern in the Pattern list box and then click Apply button. You may also refer to the picture below for a clearer picture of what you should do.

Step 2

Then, you'll see that the line pattern has changed just like the picture below.
