To change the line style

If you want to change the text style, first, from the Style properties window, select the Line Style in the Line style list box and then click Apply button as shown by the picture below.

Then, you'll see that the line style has changed just like the picture below.

To display the style properties window, you have to choose the Style option from the Format menu as shown by the picture below.
Choose Format>Style

After that, the picture below will appear. After choosing your choice of text, line and fill style and click Ok button.
To display the shadow properties window

To display the shadow properties window, you have to choose the Shadow option from the Format menu as shown by the picture below.
Choose Format>Shadow

After that, the picture below will appear. After choosing your choice of color, pattern and pattern color. From this page, you could see the preview of your object.
